Lifeguards may be on duty during busier times. At other times, users swim at their own risk.
Gate attendants will be present during afternoons and on weekends. Gate attendants are present to monitor residents entering the pool and cleaning. They do not enforce rules or behavior in the pool and are not present for safety. Any of these concerns should be reported to association management using the request form.
Individual Exercise Time
The pool is open daily for individual exercise between sunrise and 10AM. Individual exercise time is intended for individual enjoyment of the pool, including wading and lap swimming. Behavior should not interrupt the use of others during this time.
General Swim
General swim is from 10AM to close each day. Group of residents are asked to refrain from entering the pool deck before this time as to not cause a distraction to those exercising.
