Amenity Access

As of April 2026, a mobile app-based system is used for Access to the clubhouse, pool and fitness center.

Use of these areas is subject to the Amenity Rules.

Requesting a credential

Request an amenity credential here:  Amenity Credential Form.

There is no fee to request or use the mobile application. Additional options are available:

• Touch Pass access - this allows you to add your virtual amenity access card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet allowing access without needing to open the mobile app. This includes access on Apple Watch for iPhone users. This costs $6 per year.

• Physical Access Card - this credit card size access card can be used without the need for a mobile device. There is a one-time charge of $5.

• Physical Access Key Fob - This key fob can be attached to a key chain and used without the need for a mobile device. There is a one-time charge of $15.

Steps:

1. Request your credential at https://clubhouse.5401north.net/.

2. Install the UniFi Endpoint App from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

3. Check your email for an activation message and click "Get Started."

4. Activate your credential and use your phone to unlock doors or gates.

Activating the Credential Install the UniFi Endpoint App from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Once installed, click on the “Get Started” button in the e-mail received from UniFi ([email protected]).

Using the Credential Using it is as easy as pushing a button in the app when near the door or gate. You can also tap your phone to the reader while the app is open.

If you’ve requested Touch Pass and added your credential to your digital wallet, you can simply touch your phone to the reader. iPhone and Apple Watch users can activate express mode in the settings to remove the need to verify when tapping at a reader.

Account Status This new system will automatically synchronize with the assessment status for your property. Access to amenities is restricted once an account is more than 20 days past due. After payment is made, it may take up to two business days for the payment to fully process and your access credential to be reactivated.

Pool Access Considerations Access between the pool restrooms will now necessitate an access credential. This modification is to align with safety regulations. Since the clubhouse is now open to residents, access restrictions are in place to prevent unsupervised children from wandering into the pool area.

When is the clubhouse open? The clubhouse is available for resident use daily between 7AM and 11PM, except during private events. The clubhouse can be accessed using either the front or rear door of the clubhouse. Residents should leave the building before midnight to prevent the police being called.

Renters and Landlords: Tenants of homeowners at 5401 North must register for an  amenity access assigned in their name.  [Please note that if you are renting, but living as a roommate in the home with the homeowner,  you're not considered a tenant for these purposes,  and will identify yourself as "Living with homeowner"]. If an owner wants to purchase a physical credential (key fob or card), management is happy to work with you to have that credential assigned to your tenant.  Homeowners should note that the covenants specify that homeowners aren't permitted access to amenities in addition to their renters.
