Lot Landscaping for eligible homeowners in 5401 North includes the following services:
Mowing & Trimming
Leaf blowing
Spring weed killer and fertilizer
Fall weed killer and fertilizer
Refresh of mulch and pine straw in community. In general, pine straw is refreshed annually and mulch is every-other-year.
Lot landscaping does not include:
Installation of turf/seeding
Installation or repair of irrigation
Removal or replacement of dead trees or bushes

Please remember that ARC approval may be needed if you want to make any changes to the landscaping elements at your home. Replacement of existing items, however, does not require review.
